1) How fast can I receive your reply about my
inquiry?
NALIYUAN: We guarantee to reply any normal inquiry
about our items in 48 hours! if you can't get an
answer within this time, there must be something
wrong with your e-mail or our e-mail, if so please

response!
2) Do you sell single items?
NALIYUAN: Sorry we don't. we are a wholesale
exporting company, supplying good products at low
prices directly from our own factory.
3) What is your MOQ? and your price term?
NALIYUAN: Minimum order quantity depend on exact
item, for the normal items such as mini scan radio
the MOQ is at least 5000pcs, general speaking we can
always accept order amount over usd3000.
We oftenly quote to our customer FOB Shenzhen and C
& F Hongkong price. But other terms can also be
discussed.
4) Do your products have CE or other certificate?
NALIYUAN: Yes, our products have CE and FCC
certificate!
They can be sold in Europe and U.S., even almost all
countries in the world.
5) How long can you process my order?
NALIYUAN: It depend on the order detail, maybe take
within 10 to 30 days, however we can discuss and try
our best to meet your requirement.
6) Do your company provide after-sale service? and
if yes how about that?
NALIYUAN: Yes we do! We provide full support and
best after-sell services to all our customers.
Reworking and repair services are available free of
charge within the warranty period or with reasonable
request. Our staffs are ready and willing to see
that your needs and inquiries are handled promptly
and professionally!
7) Can I have samples we are interested from your
company?
NALIYUAN: Yes, we can provide free samples for the
normal items, and can send the samples to you by
express couriers, air or post as per your
requirement. Delivery fees are on your account.
8) Do you have sales agent?
NALIYUAN: Not yet, but we are looking forward to
haveing one, if you are interested in becoming
NALIYUAN's agent, please contact us.
9) Can you accept customized orders?
NALIYUAN: Yes, OEM orders is always welcome, we will
maybe need a sample and an exact description of the
product you would like to produce.
10) How can I log into the "new products" part?
NALIYUAN: "New products" part is open to our old
